At Hydrogen Distribution Systems, we’re pioneering a future where hydrogen, as a renewable fuel, is accessible, efficient, and environmentally friendly. Our mission is to develop transportation systems equipped with advanced modular structures that perfectly align with the demands of the hydrogen fuel market while upholding the highest environmental standards.
"With great pleasure, we announce to our partners that HDISYS Ltd was founded to provide a new imputs to hydrogen logistics. We are excited to announce that HDISYS is introducing an advanced container for hydrogen storage and transportation to the market."
On October 31, 2023, the European Union officially issued a new version of the directive to support the use of energy from renewable sources in the Official Journal. The directive is an important legislative act obliging EU member states to consume renewable hydrogen (RH) in the industrial and transport sectors. The directive also defines how renewable hydrogen can be produced in the European Union, through another accompanying European legal act on delegated powers for the production of non-biological renewable fuels. The sectoral target in transport and industry should by 2030 stimulate demand for renewable hydrogen with the main goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Delivery of RH directly to the transport sector or for the production of conventional fuels, according to calculations by the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform (HYTEP), will collectively require the construction of approximately 300 MW of electrolyzers. The National Climate and Energy Plan (NCEP), which the Czech Republic sent to the European Commission in October 2023, envisages the installation of approximately 400 MW of electrolyzers. According to Jan Sochor, an analyst at HYTEP, distribution is one of the biggest obstacles to the emerging market for renewable hydrogen (RH). “A functional gas pipeline transport system is expected only around 2030. And the conversion of part of today’s distribution system to pure hydrogen is more likely during the next decade.”
Utilizing certified lightweight composite high-pressure storage cylinders, arranged in practical 10" containers, we ensure the safe and efficient distribution of hydrogen to our customers.
HDISYS will provide hydrogen consumers with versatile storage modules for temporary hydrogen storage at pressures of 350-500 bar, catering to diverse needs.
Our trailers are designed to transport up to 500 kg of hydrogen per shipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency in hydrogen logistics.
To further support the hydrogen economy, our modules can be equipped with optional filling equipment, ideal for hydrogen commercial vehicles.
Safety is paramount at HDISYS. All our storage modules will be equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, ensuring the highest safety standards in the industry.
Our fuel storage modules under development are not just effective but also ideal for long-term hydrogen storage. The compact design of our 10” containers offers flexible and reliable storage solutions, suitable for various hydrogen applications.
Our dedication to environmental stewardship is at the core of everything we do. By focusing on renewable hydrogen fuel, we’re not just envisioning a sustainable future; we’re actively creating it.
